Everything about delivery, tracking and returns.

Shipping

• Free worldwide shipping on every order — no minimums, no surprises at checkout.
• Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
• Delivery: typically 10–17 days after dispatch, depending on your country.
• Tracking: included on every order — you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.
• Customs: any import duties or taxes charged by your country (rare for small orders) are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

• You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
• Email us first with your order number (starts with BTG-) at azanamazon131@gmail.com and we'll send return instructions.
• Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original PayPal account within 5 business days.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice.
